NIGERIAN UNIVERSITIES NURSING STUDENTS’ ASSOCIATION (NUNSA) NATIONAL

As part of ongoing efforts to strengthen student-professional collaboration, the NUNSA National President held a productive engagement in Kaduna with Nr. Morakinyo O. Rilwan, the National President of the National Association of Nigeria Nurses and Midwives, Federal Health Institutions Sector (NANNM-FHIS).
The engagement addressed critical matters including recent circulars, student internship concerns, and policy directions for training institutions. Emphasis was placed on mentorship, unity, and effective communication between stakeholders.
NANNM-FHIS reaffirmed its commitment to student inclusion and professional advocacy, aligning with NUNSA’s mission to bridge the gap between students and practicing professionals.
In attendance alongside the National President was the Secretary General of the Kaduna State University (KASU) NUNSA Chapter, who contributed to the deliberations as part of the collaborative student delegation.
