On Wednesday, 16th October 2025, NUNSA National joined in celebrating the first maiden induction ceremony of nursing students at Crescent University, Abeokuta, our newly registered NUNSA member institution.

Representing the NUNSA National President, Nurse E.O. Gemaliura, was the NUNSA National PRO 2, Comrade Madu Favour, who delivered a goodwill message on behalf of the National Executive Council, congratulating the newly inducted nurses and commending the university’s milestone achievement.

The ceremony was graced by key dignitaries including the Registrar of the Nursing and Midwifery Council of Nigeria (NMCN), the Dean, Faculty of Basic Medical Sciences, Afe Babalola University (ABUAD), who was ably represented, the Head of Department, Nursing Science, Crescent University, the Provost, College of Nursing, Crescent University, and the Vice-Chancellor of Crescent University, Abeokuta, among others.

The Chapter President, Nr. Karunwi Damilare, expressed profound joy as Crescent University officially hosted its first-ever nursing induction under NUNSA National. He appreciated the presence of the National representative and reaffirmed the chapter’s commitment to active participation and growth within the national body.

On Wednesday, 16th October 2025, NUNSA National joined in celebrating the first maiden induction ceremony of nursing students at Crescent University, Abeokuta, our newly registered NUNSA member institution.

NUNSA National extends hearty congratulations to the newly inducted nurses and the entire Crescent University Nursing Family on this historic achievement.
