Focusing on Young Nurses Initiative (FYNI) is a Non-Profit, Non-Governmental Organization committed to empowering young nurses to promote their personal, academic and professional development.
FYNI was founded by Professor Adebayo and Professor Prisca Adejumo; respectable nursing icons willing to give back to their beloved profession; Nursing.
The organization is set to commence a 6-month mentorship academy for Nurses. We are therefore calling for applications from Young Nurse of ages 40 and below.
This mentorship academy will be featuring:
- Career Mentorship
- One on One coaching sessions
- Networking
- Post-programme follow-up
Participation is free, while applications will be screened for eligible participants for the first cohort of the program.
